You somehow get roped into helping with a competition and you are in charge of the prizes. Where do you even start?
Well, with us, to be frank!
We know that prizes are hard to figure out. You don’t know who will win so you can’t pick clothes – what size would you order and are they men or women? So what can you pick?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Here are the steps for a successful prize ceremony!
STEP 1 – What is the budget?
This is the first step because it helps you determine what items you can get. You may find the coolest prize out there, but if it’s way out of the budget, it won’t work.
STEP 2 – How many prizes are you going to give?
Is this a 1st, 2nd, 3rd sort of thing or is everyone going to receive a prize?
For example, let’s say your budget is $100 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd awards. Your individual budget could look like this:
- 1st would have a budget of $50
- 2nd would have a budget of $30
- 3rd would have a budget of $20
STEP 3 – What can we do to help you?
Now that you’ve figured out your budget and who is getting the prizes, this is where we come in. We have prize suggestions ranging from stickers (lower budget) to Laser Engraved Notebooks ($50). And we can help you decide what is best for your audience because we’ve been around a while now and we’ve seen what people like and don’t like.
