The holidays can be a challenge for employers. What kind of holiday gift can you give that your employees will appreciate, without breaking the bank?
According to a survey done by peakon.com, this is likely what your employees want for gifts from you this holiday season:
Pay Raise: 34%
Bonus: 24%
Extra annual leave: 15%
Office cat or dog: 8%
Promotion: 8%
We expect that most of those are not on your gift-giving list (except maybe the cat?), so here are some more likely suggestions for gifts that we think your employees will appreciate:
- Coffee Mug – Customize it with your logo, or personalize it with their name
- Messenger bag or backpack– Just add your logo and you have a gift that’s invaluable for traveling between home and work, or even to the gym.
- Personalized Jacket – Nothing says “you belong” like a jacket with your business logo on it. Kick it up a notch by customizing it with your employee’s name!
- Holiday Stocking – Start with a personalized stocking, and then pack it with goodies like cookies, pens, and candy.
- Leather binder – Laser-engrave their name on the binder and they’ll use it all year long
